The company held 2015 annual summary and awards ceremony in Yiyuan Hotel on 26th Dec. 2015. The ceremony hosted by Tang Kai, who is the company's director and general director's assistant. All the company senior executives and independent directors are attend the ceremony. 

First, company's deputy presidents in charge made their plan in 2016. Then the general director Qiang Kai, on behalf of the company, summarized and analyzed the achievements and the deficiencys of company's management in 2015, and also arranged and deployed the working goal and plan in 2016. The company settled year 2015 as the first year of Kexin Second Evolution, which SAFETY, QUALITY, DELIVERY and COST will be the focus of all work. At last, the chairman of the board brought out The Five Change to company's development in The Second Revolution. Based on SAFETY, QUALITY, DELIVERY, COST, the company will full accomplish the Five Change: innovation normalization, market internationalization, standards modularization, information digitization, accounting projectization.

In the ceremony, the chairman of the board and the senior executives and independent directors presented the award for outstanding employees and excellent units, encouraging them doing better in the future work, and promoting all the staff learn from the excellents and make progress together.

The whole ceremony ended in the Kexin's Song sung by the staff. Every one is more confident in the future development and more powerful.
